We do not part ship items, once all of your order is ready we will ship it to you.
Delivery time is dependent upon whether we have the item in stock at the time of ordering or if it has yet to be produced or finished in the factory. WE USUALLY AIM TO DESPATCH WITHIN 14-28 DAYS. PLEASE SAY IF AN ITEM IS NEEDED FOR A PARTICULAR DATE.
All parcels are sent Royal Mail unless it is economically more viable to use an alternative carrier.
Goviers Christmas Ordering
We would recommend you order for Christmas delivery as soon as possible, particularly this year due to the Covid-19 Crisis as we anticipate that there may be delays in supply and demand on Royal Mail will be significant.
We are able to send Gifts directly to friends and family in the UK and to certain overseas countries.

The Goviers offices will be closing for their Christmas break on Tuesday 22nd December at 1pm and will re-open on Tuesday 5th January at 9am.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase or it is damaged, you can return it within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that some items that have been made to order for you will be exempt from this policy. We would ask you to call to qualify whether your item can be returned.
Returning an item.
Please call or email Customer Services as soon as possible, with your order order number and address/contact details. We will then advise the returns procedure to send the item back to us and how to obtain your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and advise further.
Your refund will normally be processed with 14 working days of receiving your return but may take slightly longer to appear in your bank account. If you are at all concerned, please contact Customer Services.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise of the procedure to return your items to us and organise a replacement.

If it is a no-fault return you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
